We have transitioned to a mixture of fixed and turnover-based models, which means you will be charged based on your betting turnover. Migration Steps
To migrate from RBB to Betmatic, please follow the steps outlined below.
Navigate to the RBB web dashboard.
Click the "Start migration" button to initiate the migration process to Betmatic. Once the migration is completed, all your RBB information will be seamlessly transferred to Betmatic. If you have already completed the migration process, you will see the message "Already migrated to Betmatic." We will be migrating users in groups. If you do not see this button, it means that your account has not yet been included in the current migration group.
Click on the "Already migrated to Betmatic" button to be redirected to the Betmatic web dashboard. You can use the same credentials that you used for RBB to log in to Betmatic.
Please review your information on the Betmatic platform to ensure its accuracy.
To migrate your bot sessions from RBB to Betmatic, follow these steps:
Run the RBB bot.
Click on the export button to export the session information. This will generate a CSV file containing the session details.
Close the RBB bot and install the Betmatic bot.
In the Betmatic bot, click on the import button and select the previously exported CSV file. This will import all the sessions from RBB into the Betmatic bot.
Double-check the session settings and status to ensure they are correct.
You can uninstall the RBB bot app from your machine.
Once you have completed these steps, your sessions from RBB will be successfully migrated to Betmatic, and you can continue using the Betmatic bot for your automated betting needs.

FAQ
What credentials do I need to use for Betmatic? All your information including your login credentials for RBB is transferred to Betmatic. You can use the same email and password to sign in to Betmatic.
What happens to my existing membership plan? If you are already on a paid plan on RBB (regardless of the membership), you will get a subscription with the same expiry on Betmatic. But your subscription to RBB will be stopped immediately.
Is it necessary to uninstall the RBB bot app before migrating to Betmatic? No, please follow the correct order of steps: 1 - Click on the migration button on the RBB dashboard. 2 - Export account information from your existing RBB bot app. 3 - Download the Betmatic bot app. 4 - Import the account information into the new Betmatic bot app. 5 - Verify that all accounts have been imported correctly. 6 - Finally, uninstall the RBB bot app.
Is the migration to Betmatic mandatory? Once we are certain that we have migrated the majority of our members to Betmatic, we will downgrade the RBB infrastructure, and support for new features and bug fixes will be discontinued. Therefore, it is highly recommended to migrate to Betmatic.
Do I need to migrate right away? Although there is no hard deadline for now, we recommend you migrate as soon as possible because RBB support will be discontinued in the near future.
