Package preference

On the Tip Source page, under the Subscribed tab, you can view the status of your subscriptions and customize your personal preferences for the subscribed tip packages. This allows you to manage and tailor your experience based on your specific requirements and interests.

  1. Tip Access status The subscription status will be displayed as either ACTIVE or INACTIVE, indicating the current status of your subscription.

  2. Connection Fee For paid packages, the expiration date will be shown. For free packages, it will be indicated as 'FREE'.

  3. Enabled This indicates whether the package is enabled or disabled. When a package is disabled, BETMATIC will ignore tips from that particular package and will not send any notifications to your bot.

  4. Write a review You have the option to write a review about the tip package, provide feedback or share your experience.

  5. Unsubscribe If desired, you can unsubscribe from the tip package by selecting this option.

You can set multiple preferences and specify filters to be applied to the tips. Whenever a new tip is received from the tipster, BETMATIC will check these filters. For each matched preference, a new notification will be created and sent to the bot app.

For example, in the image below, there are 4 preferences configured, allowing you to customize your tip notifications based on your specific criteria.

If there is a cash tip specifically targeting the Fixed Win market, the first preference, which is set at $20 per unit, will be applied. As a result, a single notification will be generated and sent to the bot.

If a bonus bet tip is received, regardless of the target market, the last two preferences, which are set at $10 per unit and $20 per unit, will be applied. Consequently, two notifications will be generated and sent to the bot.

You have the option to specify various preferences for each package, based on your personal preferences.

Whenever a tipster publishes a tip, these options are used to convert the tip into actual bet slips.

  1. Preference Name You can set name each preference, so that you can identify the desired preference and changes the things according to your need.

  2. Notification type This determines the type of notification to create from the tip of this package. (👉 Notification Types) You can choose from the available notification types, including the additional type called "Serial". In some packages, the tipster may have a specific recommendation for a particular bookmaker and market (e.g., Betfair/BFSP Win). For such packages, you can specify the target bookmakers and markets in the desired order, and the bot will follow that order when placing the bets. Please refer to the image below for an example.

  3. Force Bet Type By default, the bet type (bonus or cash) of the notification is determined based on the tip received from the tipster. However, you have the option to override this and specify the bet type manually. For example, you can choose to place cash bets for bonus bet tips received from the tipster.

  4. Force Bet Market By default, the target market is determined by the tipster when the tip is sent. However, you can modify the target market according to your preference. For instance, if the tipster suggests the Fixed Win market, but you prefer to place bets on the Fixed Place market instead, you can set the Fixed Place market as the target market.

  5. Check minimum odds If you enable this option, the bot will compare the odds on the bookmaker's website with the odds provided by the tipster. The bot will proceed with placing bets only if the current odds are equal to or greater than the tip odds. You can also specify an acceptable level in percentage. It's important to note that some tipsters may not provide specific odds values, such as for the Best of the Best market (BOB). We recommend keeping this option disabled (OFF) to avoid missing tips from such packages.

    1. Acceptance Level:

The acceptance level is like setting a flexible rule for how much the current odds can differ from the initially suggested odds before deciding whether to place a bet. It's expressed as a percentage of the original suggested odds.

      • Example: If the tip suggests odds of $7.0 and the acceptance level is 95%, it means the system is willing to accept slightly lower odds, down to $6.65 (which is 95% of $7.0). If the actual odds offered by the betting platform are $6.70 or higher, the system will place the bet; otherwise, it won't.

    2. Constant Odds Limit:

The constant odds limit is like setting a strict rule that the system should never place a bet if the odds offered are below a certain fixed value. It acts as a safety measure to avoid very low-value bets.

      • Example: If the constant odds limit is set to 1.5, it means the system will refuse to place a bet if the calculated minimum acceptable odds fall below 1.5. This ensures that the system doesn't engage in bets with extremely low odds, which might not be profitable.

  6. Maximum odds check When you toggle this option ON, an input field will be displayed, allowing you to specify the maximum odds to consider. The bot will compare this value with the odds available from the bookmaker at the time of submitting a bet slip. If the current odds on the bookmaker are higher than the specified maximum odds, the bot will not place the bet. For instance, if you set the maximum odds to 3.5, the bot will only place bets on the ongoing sessions if the current odds are equal to or lower than 3.5.

  7. Bonus back if available By enabling this feature, your bot will automatically check for bonus back promotions on betting platforms like Sportsbet or Unibet. If a bonus return is found, the bot takes advantage of the promotion, helping you maximize potential gains without the need for manual intervention. To utilize the bonus back feature, users have to select the "bonus back if available" option in the Notification modal, Package preference, and bot session settings.

  8. Ensure total wager/profit This option is available only for Fixed Wager and Fixed Profit type notifications. When enabled, you need to specify the total wager or profit you want to achieve. The bot will calculate the wager or profit per session based on the number of active sessions. It's worth mentioning that when running multiple sessions (betting accounts), the bot may fail to place bets on some of them due to differences in available events, runners, markets, or occasional account locks. If you enable the sub-option "Allow double bets," the bot will retry failed bets on successful bookmakers.

    NOTE:

    • Please keep in mind that the bot will place a maximum of 2 bets on a single bookmaker for each tip

    • If you have multiple bots running on different machines, the total wager specified will be applied to each machine independently. For example, if you set the total wager to $1000 and have two bots running, each bot will attempt to place $1000 worth of bets. Therefore, the total wager across all machines will be $2000.

  9. Prevent multiple bets for a single race If this option is enabled, the bot will only place one bet for each race. This is particularly recommended for promotion tips.

  10. Wager Per Unit / Target Profit Per Unit / Total Wager Per Unit ($) Please note that tipsters provide the wager amount in units rather than dollars. Each tip package may have a different bankroll and default stake. In this field, you can specify the dollar amount per unit so that the tips can be converted into actual bets. The value of this field has different meanings depending on the notification type. Example 1: If you set the notification type to Fixed Wager and the value to $50, and the tipster publishes a tip with 1.2 units, the bot will wager $60 on each running session (betting account).

Example 2: If you set the notification type to Fixed Profit and the value to $100, and the tipster publishes a tip with 1.5 units, the bot will place bets so that the profit is $150 on each running session. For example, if the odds on Sportsbet at the moment are 6.0, the bot will wager $30 on Sportsbet.

Example 3: If you set the notification type to High Odds First and the value to $1000, and the tipster publishes a tip with 2 units, the total wager amount will be calculated as $2000. The bot will check the current prices on all bookies and choose the one with the best price. For example, if PlayUp has the best price of 4.0, the bot will try to wager $2000 on PlayUp first. PlayUp may reject most of the stake, such as $1600, and then the bot will move on to the second-best bookie, such as Ladbrokes, with a price of 3.8, and place as much as possible again. This process continues until the whole amount is accepted or no more bookies are available.

Example 4: If you set the notification type to Serial and the value to $500, and the tipster publishes a tip with 2 units, the total wager amount will be calculated as $1000. The bot will go through the target bookies/markets in order and try to wager as much as possible for each one. For example, if you select the targets as Betfair/BFSP, Ladbrokes/FWIN, BetDeluxe/FWIN, the bot will first check if the event is available on Betfair and try to place the whole amount of $1000. If it fails for some reason, it will move on to Ladbrokes and try to place $1000 again. This process continues until the whole amount is accepted or no more bookies are left in the target list.

Example 5: If you set the notification type to Fixed Wager, turn on the Ensure Total Wager option, and set the Total Wager Per Unit value to $100, and the tipster publishes a tip with 1.2 units, the bot will try to wager a total of $120. The bot will count the number of running sessions and divide the total wager equally among them. For example, if there are 4 sessions (betting accounts) running, the bot will wager $30 on each.

  11. Ignore Pre Alert Enabling the Ignore Pre Alert option allows the user to bypass or skip the pre-alert processing

  12. Bot Selection

    • Select Target Bot This feature allows users to designate a specific bot instance to receive notifications. When a user selects a particular bot, only the chosen bot will respond to notifications, while others will skip the notification. Users can create multiple bot instances and customize their notification preferences by selecting the desired bot when creating notifications.

    • Enable Bot Group When the Enable Bot Group option is selected, the server commands all the bots to check session odds. The bots send their session information to the server, which analyzes the data, identifies high odds sessions, and creates notifications for selected bots. The server recalculates stake and other details, introducing a minimum delay of 10 seconds to wait for information from all bots. If data is received from all bots within this time, the server issues notifications promptly; otherwise, it waits for up to 10 seconds before proceeding, ensuring a comprehensive and timely decision-making process. Users can use the Enable bot group option only from Fixed Wager, Fixed Profit. This option gains significance when used with features like Pick bookies with high price or Pick bookies randomly or Ensure total wager.

  13. Session selection

    • Pick sessions with high price If you prefer to place bets only on a few bookies with the best price at any given time, you can enable this option. The bot will choose the specified number of sessions (betting accounts) with the highest price and place bets exclusively on them. For instance, if you have 20 sessions running and set this value to 5, the bot will place bets only on the 5 bookies with the best price. By default, this option is disabled, and bets are placed on all running sessions.

    • Pick sessions randomly If you wish to place bets on different bookies randomly for each tip, you can enable this option. The bot will randomly select the specified number of sessions (betting accounts) and place bets only on those selected accounts. For example, if you have 20 sessions running and set this value to 5, the bot will randomly choose 5 bookies to place bets on for each tip.

    • Target Sessions This feature allows users to precisely target the betting sessions they intend to use for placing bets. A "session" in this context refers to specific betting accounts, such as Ladbrokes or Sportsbet. Users can employ this option to specify particular sessions, for example, Sportbet1, for placing bets on a all race or event. This feature is especially valuable when users have multiple betting sessions (e.g., Sportbet_1, Ladbroke_1, Sportbet_2) and want to focus their bets exclusively on selected sessions.

    • Ignore Tip Completely if Session Not Specified Enabling this option ensures that tips for betting sessions not explicitly specified in the "Session Selection per Competition" setting are completely ignored. For instance, if a user chooses "COROWA R8" as a tip and enables "Ignore if not specified," the bot will disregard this tip unless a specific betting session is specified in Session Selection per Competition. This feature adds precision to betting strategies, allowing users to focus exclusively on selected sessions for specific competitions. If a user opts for "select target session," the bot prioritizes tips associated with the chosen session, enhancing customization and control over betting activities.

    • Session selection per competition Some users want to have full control over the session selection process and specify the exact session they want to use for each race. This options allows you to target specific bookmakers for different competitions, which can be advantageous if you have different preferences or strategies for each bookmaker. It provides a way to ensure that your bets are placed through the session you desire for each specific race. In summary, this feature enables you to control which session the bot utilizes for betting for each race. Examples:

      1. Example 1:

Assume you have 4 sessions going and want to use only 2 of them, lets say Test Ladbrokes and Test Sprotsbet, to place bets on all NEWCASTLE UK races. Then you have do the following setup. The bot will now try to place bet on all NEWCASTLE UK races via the Test Ladbrokes and Test Sprotsbet sessions.

      2. Example 2: Assume you have two sessions running and wish to use one of them on NEWCASTLE UK R1, R2, and R3, while the other on R4, R5. To accomplish this, complete the following setup. The bot will now attempt to place wagers on specific NEWCASTLE UK races using the specified bookie sessions.

Note: Please avoid leaving any fields empty as this can prevent the bot from placing bets for the specified race. For example, if you leave the second race/event selection field empty, the bot will ignore the race as there is no race defined in that field for the defined competition. Instead, select ALL as shown in the example above.

  14. Bookie selection You can use these options to choose target bookies. Unlike session selection, which focuses on individual betting accounts, this option targets bookie selection allows for multiple accounts associated with a single bookie.

    • Ignore the tipped bookies Some tipsters specify target bookies (e.g. for promotion bets) and the bot places bets only on those. But you might want to have a full control on bookie selection (e.g. using the option Bookie selection per competition). In this case, you can set this option ON to ignore the bookies specified by the tipster.

    • Target Bookies You can Select Bookies you want to target for the selected preference. once you specify the bookies in this field bot will try to place bet on the specified bookies. If you leave this option black bot will place bets on all the available bookies.

    • Bookie Selection Per Competition Some users want to have full control over the bookie selection process and specify the exact bookie they want to use for each race. This options allows you to target specific bookmakers for different competitions, which can be advantageous if you have different preferences or strategies for each bookmaker. It provides a way to ensure that your bets are placed through the bookies you desire for each specific race. In summary, this feature enables you to control which bookie the bot utilizes for betting for each race.

      Examples:

      1. Example 1: lets say you want to place bets on all NEWCASTLE UK races using Ladbroke and Sportsbet bookmakers. Then you have do the following setup. The bot will now try to place bet on all NEWCASTLE UK races via the Ladbrokes and Sprotsbet bookmakers session.

      2. Example 2: lets say for NEWCASTLE UK R1, R2, and R3 you want to place bets using Ladbroke and for NEWCASTLE UK R4 and R5 you want to place bets using Sprotsbet. Then you have to do the following setup.

Note: Please avoid leaving any fields empty as this can prevent the bot from placing bets for the specified race. For example, if you leave the second race/event selection field empty, the bot will ignore the race as there is no race defined in that field for the defined competition. Instead, select ALL as shown in the example above. Same goes for third field for selecting bookies/bookmakers

  15. Schedule option By default, the bot places bets immediately when a tip is received. However, there may be instances where you prefer to delay the placement of bets on specific bookies.| To accommodate this preference, you can utilize the option to delay bets on specific bookies, allowing you to control the timing of the bet placement.

Each tip package is accompanied by a set of recommended preferences designed for punters. If you wish to utilize these recommended settings as a starting point, you can simply click on the Reset button. This will load the recommended preferences as a template, which you can then modify according to your specific requirements.
