Account settings

Users have the flexibility to modify their account settings by visiting the dedicated Account Settings page. The image below provides a screenshot of the Account Settings page, giving you a visual representation of the options and features available for customization.

• My Profile: In the profile section, you have the ability to customize your username, nickname, and avatar. By default, a unique avatar is generated based on your chosen nickname during registration. However, you can easily change it in this section. Please remember that your nickname and avatar will be displayed in public areas such as the forum. For privacy purposes, we recommend avoiding choosing a nickname or avatar that could be used to personally identify you. Additionally, you have the option to optionally provide your phone number, and we can send SMS alerts regarding any issues with your bot.

• Email Preferences: Tailor your email preferences according to your preferences. Choose the specific instances when you would like to receive emails from Betmatic.

• Bot session lifetime: To maintain security and prevent bookmakers from profiling your activity, it is advisable not to remain logged in for extended periods. Betmatic automatically turns off betting account sessions if there is no activity for a certain duration. You can customize the lifetime of each session in this section. The default session lifetime is set to 3000 minutes (approximately 2 days). However, please note that if your subscribed tipster sends pre-alerts, Betmatic will automatically activate all sessions to ensure you don't miss any opportunities.
