Checklist - make sure the bot is ready to work with tips

Please check the following to make sure your bot is ready to get the tips.

1. Make sure you have a valid subscription for the Bot and the Connection Fee for the tip package if required.

In the subscribed tip source tab, you can check the subscription status

1. Ensure that you can view the subscribed tip package on the bot application.

1. Verify the session settings for all your betting accounts.

1. Make sure to toggle ON the tip package on the web dashboard.

1. Check the package preference, especially Wager Per Unit.

1. All set! Just make sure to keep your betting accounts running. The most common issue arises when your PC (or Mac) goes to sleep or gets locked after a certain period of time. To prevent this, disable your screensaver, sleep mode, and lock settings.
