Normal Mode

In Normal mode, which is useful for tipsters who send multiple tips as a group, you can follow these steps.

Create a new pick for a package and add a note for future reference.

Once the pick is created, it will be in draft status. You can add multiple tips to the pick. The following screenshot shows the dialog for creating a new tip.

  1. Code Specify the target event type, choosing from options such as Galloping (gallops), Harness, or Greyhounds.

  2. Competition Select the specific competition for the tip.

  3. Race No Specify the race number for the selected competition.

  4. Market type Choose the type of market for the tip.

  5. Runner No In markets other than Same Race Multi, you need to specify a single runner number from the available runners.

However, for the Same Race Multi market, the layout differs, allowing you to select multiple runners and their expected place range.

It's essential to note that BETMATIC does not verify the validity of the choice for Same Race Multi. For example, you can choose more than two runners for the Top 1 or more than three runners for the Top 2, but doing so will result in an error when the bot attempts to place bets.

  6. Confirm the runner's name to ensure accuracy.

  7. Wager Amount in units Specify the wager amount for the tip.

  8. Minimum Odds This parameter is optional and can be used for odds comparison by the bot.

  9. Maximum Odds This parameter is optional and can be used for odds comparison by the bot.

  10. Specify if the tip is for bonus bets or cash bets. By default, it is considered a cash tip.

  11. Target bookies This parameter is optional, allowing you to choose specific bookies if you want to limit the tip to them.

The picks remain in draft status until you publish them. You can save drafts and make changes later. It is mandatory to send a PRE-ALERT before publishing every pick. These pre-alerts are essential for BETMATIC bots to prepare for betting. Note: It's important to publish the picks within 10-30 minutes after sending pre-alerts because punters have the option to choose the betting session lifetime, which could be less than 30 minutes.
