Create a new notification from the web dashboard

Punters have the option to create notifications directly from the web dashboard. By clicking on the "CREATE NEW" button, a dialog box will open as shown below.

When you open the dialog, the competition and runner information will be updated to the latest available data. The fields in the dialog are designed to be self-explanatory, and you should fill them in from top to bottom in the specified order.

Please note that the layout of the dialog may change slightly depending on the options you choose. The image you mentioned shows the layout for the Fixed Wager notification type and the Fixed Win bet market.

  1. Select the notification type

  2. Choose the bet type, either Bonus or Cash.

  3. Select the code from Galloping (gallops), Greyhounds, and Harness.

  4. Select The country

  5. Choose the target competition.

  6. Select the race number.

  7. Select the betting market.

  8. Select the runner number. For most bet markets, except Same Race Multi, you can simply choose a single runner from the available options. However, if you select the Same Race Multi market, you will see a different layout where you can choose multiple runners and place options. Please note that we do not validate your selection in the same way that bookmakers do. For example, if you choose 4 runners for a Top 1 selection, it is not a valid choice, and the bot will fail to submit the bet slips.

  9. Wager amount in dollars. The meaning of this field changes according to the selected notification type. Please refer to the Notification Types section for more information.

    • Fixed Wager For each bookmaker, this value represents the amount to wager. If the Ensure Total Wager option is enabled, this value represents the total amount to the wager.

    • Fixed Profit This value represents the target profit to achieve, not the stake amount. If the Ensure Total Profit option is enabled, this value represents the total target profit to achieve.

    • High Odds First This value represents the total amount you want to wager. The bot will try to place as much as possible starting from the bookmaker with the highest price.

  10. Ensure total wager/profit This option is available for the Fixed Wager and Fixed Profit notification types. When this option is enabled, the bot will attempt to ensure the total wager or total profit specified. Instead of setting the wager or profit amount per session, you should set the total wager or total profit when this option is turned on. Upon receiving the notification, the bot will count the number of running sessions and calculate the wager or profit per session accordingly.

Additionally, when you have multiple sessions (betting accounts) running, it is possible for the bot to encounter failures in placing bets on certain sessions. This can happen because not all bookmakers offer the same events, runners, or markets, and some may even be temporarily unavailable. However, if you enable both the Ensure Total Wager option and the Allow Double Bets option, the bot will attempt to retry the failed bets on the bookmakers where the bets were successfully placed, ensuring that the total wager amount is achieved.

  11. Minimum Odds When you toggle this option ON, an input field will be displayed, allowing you to specify the minimum odds to consider.

The bot will compare this value with the odds available to the bookmaker at the time of submitting a bet slip. If the current odds on the bookmaker are lower than the specified minimum odds, the bot will not place the bet. For instance, if you set the minimum odds to 3.5, the bot will only place bets on the running sessions if the current odds are equal to or greater than 3.5.

  12. Show Maximum Odds Check Maximum Odds Check: When you toggle this option ON, an input field will be displayed, allowing you to specify the maximum odds to consider.

The bot will compare this value with the odds available from the bookmaker at the time of submitting a bet slip. If the current odds on the bookmaker are higher than the specified maximum odds, the bot will not place the bet. For instance, if you set the maximum odds to 3.5, the bot will only place bets on the ongoing sessions if the current odds are equal to or lower than 3.5.

  13. Schedule to trigger later By default, a signal is sent to the bots immediately after creation. However, it is also possible to schedule notifications to be triggered at a later time.

Both manual and automatic trigger mechanisms are supported for sending notifications. In the case of the automatic trigger, you can specify the sending time as the number of seconds before the race starts time. Alternatively, you can use the time picker control to specify the exact time. It's important to note that the race start time mentioned here is the advertised start time and may differ from the actual start time. On the other hand, for manual triggers, the notification is only sent to the bot when the user explicitly clicks on the Trigger button.

  14. Bookie Selection

By default, the bet signal is sent to all running betting accounts. However, you have the option to choose specific target bookies or sessions for placing bets.

    • Select Target Bookies

This option allows users to choose specific bookmakers when placing bets. By default, bets are sent to all active accounts, but with this feature, users can focus on bookies that offer the best odds at a given moment.

    • Select Target Session

Users can now decide which sessions the betting signals are sent to. Instead of sending to all active sessions, users can specify certain sessions where they want the bot to place bets. If the name of a session is in the list, the bot will exclusively place bets in that session.

    • Select Target Bots This feature allows users to choose a specific bot instance when creating notifications. The bot ID, entered during the login process, is displayed and can be selected, offering users the ability to direct notifications to a particular bot instance of their choice.

    • Pick accounts with high price Lets say you want to choose bookies randomly for betting. With the Pick accounts with high price option, you can achieve this. For example: if you have 20 sessions running and set this option to 5, the bot will place bets only on the 5 bookies with the best prices. This allows you to distribute your bets randomly among bookies while maximizing your potential profit.

    • Pick accounts randomly

Lets say you set the Pick accounts randomly option to a value of 2, the bot will randomly select 2 accounts and place bets only on those. It's important to note that this option applies to each individual bot instance if you run multiple instances of the bot app. For example: if you have the BETMATIC app running on two laptops and set the Pick accounts randomly value to 2, each bot will independently choose 2 accounts randomly, resulting in a total of 4 bets being placed across both instances.

    • Enable Bot Group When the Enable Bot Group option is selected, the server commands all the bots to check session odds. The bots send their session information to the server, which analyzes the data, identifies high odds sessions, and creates notifications for selected bots. The server recalculates stake and other details, introducing a minimum delay of 10 seconds to wait for information from all bots. If data is received from all bots within this time, the server issues notifications promptly; otherwise, it waits for up to 10 seconds before proceeding, ensuring a comprehensive and timely decision-making process. Users can use the Enable bot group option only from Fixed Wager, Fixed Profit. This option gains significance when used with features like Pick bookies with high price or Pick bookies randomly or Ensure total wager.

    • Pick Number of Bots Randomly When creating a notification, enabling the "Pick Number of Bots Randomly" option allows you to select a random subset of bots to be triggered. This feature also provides control over how these bots are triggered using a minimum and maximum delay between activations.

      • Types of Random Delay

        • Sequential Delay With a sequential delay, each bot is triggered one after the other, with a randomly chosen delay between the set minimum and maximum range. The first bot does not trigger immediately—it also follows a random delay within the same range.

          Example Settings:

          • Minimum Delay: 5 seconds

          • Maximum Delay: 10 seconds

          • Pick Bots: 3

          Execution Example with Timestamps:

          1. Bot 1 triggers after a random delay (7 seconds)

          2. Bot 2 triggers after another random delay (5-10 seconds)

          3. Bot 3 triggers after another random delay (5-10 seconds)

          Step
          Bot Triggered
          Delay Before Trigger
          Timestamp (if started at 12:00:00)

          1

          Bot 1

          7 sec (random)

          12:00:07

          2

          Bot 2

          6 sec (random)

          12:00:13

          3

          Bot 3

          9 sec (random)

          12:00:22

        • Totalised Delay

With totalised random delay, each bot is assigned a random trigger time within the set delay range independently. This means that bots do not wait for the previous one to execute, they all trigger at different times within the range.

        Example Settings:

        • Minimum Delay: 5 seconds

        • Maximum Delay: 10 seconds

        • Pick Bots: 3

        Execution Example with Timestamps:

Each bot is assigned a random delay within the 5-10 second range:

        1. Bot 1 triggers after 6 seconds

        2. Bot 2 triggers after 7 seconds

        3. Bot 3 triggers after 10 seconds

        Bot
        Random Trigger Time
        Timestamp (if started at 12:00:00)

        Bot 1

        6 sec

        12:00:06

        Bot 2

        7 sec

        12:00:07

        Bot 3

        10 sec

        12:00:10

      • Key differences between types of delay

        • Sequential Delay: Bots trigger one at a time, each waiting for a random delay after the previous bot has triggered.

        • Totalised Random Delay: Bots trigger independently at random times within the delay range, without waiting for others.

  15. Advanced options Here, you have the option to specify other useful settings.

    • Boost odds if available Some bookmakers offer the ability to boost odds. By toggling this option, the bot will take advantage of any available odds boosts.

    • SPG if available Some bookmakers provide SPG as a separate market or option. If you toggle this option on, the bot will use SPG if it is available.

  16. Odds On Request This feature allow you to manually request and receive real-time odds for ongoing betting sessions by clicking a dedicated button on a web dashboard. It gives you the flexibility to access the latest odds information at your discretion, ensuring you are well-informed before making betting decisions.

Once you have reviewed and confirmed all the information, you can create the notification by clicking on the CREATE button. Please note that the notification is sent to your bots immediately upon creation, except for scheduled notifications. Ensure that all values are set correctly before clicking on the CREATE button to avoid any issues.
