Bet types

BETMATIC currently supports three types of bets: Fixed Wager, Fixed Profit, and High Odds First.

Fixed Wager

Fixed Wager bets are used when you want to place the same wager amount across all betting accounts. When creating a bet, you specify the stake amount (in dollars), and the bot will attempt to place that amount for all running sessions (bet accounts).

For example, if you set the stake amount to $20 and you have 10 sessions running, the bot will place $20 for each session.

There is an additional option called "Ensure Total Wager" that you can enable. With this option, instead of specifying the wager per session, you can specify the total amount to bet. The bot will then calculate the wager amount per session by dividing the total wager by the number of bookies.

For example, if you set the stake amount to $200, enable the "Ensure Total Wager" option, and have 5 sessions running, the bot will place $200/5 = $40 for each session.

If you also enable the "Allow Double Bets" option, the bot will retry any failed bets on other successful bookies to ensure that the total wager amount is met. This option is particularly useful for punters who strictly follow tipsters.

Fixed Profit

Fixed Profit bets are used when you want to target a specific profit for each betting account. When creating a bet, you specify the target profit amount (in dollars), and the bot will calculate the appropriate stake for each session based on the current odds.

For example, let's say you set the target profit amount to $100 and you have 2 sessions running - SportsBet and PlayUp. When the bot receives the bet, it checks the odds at the moment on these two bookmakers. Suppose the odds for the specified runner are 6.00 for SportsBet and 5.00 for PlayUp.

In this case, the bot will wager $100/(6.00-1) = $20 on SportsBet and $100/(5.00-1) = $25 on PlayUp, aiming for a $100 profit on each account.

There is an additional option called "Ensure Total Profit" that you can enable. With this option, instead of specifying the target profit per session, you can specify the total target profit. The bot will then count the available running sessions, divide the total target profit by the number of bookies, and calculate the wager amount per session accordingly. If any session fails to place a bet, the bot will retry on other successful bookies to ensure that the total profit is achieved.

High Odds First

High Odds First bets are used when you want to wager a specified total amount, prioritizing bookmakers with higher odds. When creating a bet, you specify the total wager amount (in dollars), and the bot will start placing bets with the bookmaker offering the highest odds, then move to the next highest, and so on, until the full amount is wagered.

For example, let's say you set the total wager amount to $1000, and you have 3 sessions running - Pointsbet, Sportsbet, and Ladbrokes. When you create the bet, the bot receives it and checks the odds at the moment for these three sessions. Suppose the odds for the specified runner are 6.00 at Sportsbet, 5.00 at Ladbrokes, and 4.0 at Pointsbet.

In this scenario, the bot would attempt to place $1000 on Sportsbet first. Let's assume Sportsbet accepts only $600. The bot would then move on to Ladbrokes and try to place the remaining $400. If Ladbrokes accepts the entire amount, the process is finished. However, if Ladbrokes accepts only a partial amount, say $300, the bot will proceed to Pointsbet and attempt to place the remaining $100.

This way, the bot prioritizes placing bets on bookies with higher odds, maximizing the wager amount on those with the most favorable prices.

Please note that the actual wager amounts may vary slightly due to rounding. (👉 Session Settings)
